‘I am honored to be part of the Eclipse Foundation board of directors. I truly believe that Eclipse can and should become synonymous with the edge. I’m looking forward to connecting with the Eclipse Foundation community and showing that building for the edge can be as easy as building for the cloud,’ said Papaioannou. ‘We understand the most critical challenges that users are faced when trying to deploy and manage secure applications at the edge, and believe it can be done without reinventing existing cloud applications.’
